All fees paid for counselling, document support, virtual guidance, slot booking, or digital access (including downloadable guides or OTP-protected materials) are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable except in cases of proven duplicate transaction or at the sole discretion of Profiles management. Digital resources provided after OTP verification are considered delivered services and are not eligible for refund.
